The presentation was made by Head Groundsman at St Georges Park, Alan Ferguson, and recognises the fantastic work undertaken by Dave to ensure that our main pitch and those used by all junior, youth and other adult teams are always in top condition.

Club Chairman Kevin Davenport said, "We've always been proud of our playing surfaces and most visiting teams make a point of congratulating us for their excellent condition, regardless of the time of year or the weather conditions.

But for the local and then national FA to recognise us and in particular, Dave for his hard work and dedication to the game is a fantastic achievement.
