Arun and Jack take us through this one...
Rangers will travelup to Derbyshire in order to face Heanor Town (The Lions), this Saturday.
Last season we attained 4/6 possible points from the Lions including a closing week 1-0 away win at Heanor, with the previous fixture being a 2-2 draw at The Haydon Whitham Stadium.
This Wednesday, Heanor have just suffered a home cup loss to Lincoln United as the visitors went up 0-1 in the 14th minute and following half time the hosts drew level in the 67th minute leading both sides into a dramatic penalty shootout to which Lincoln became the victors 2-4.
It would be fair to say we haven’t been on the best run of form lately gaining 1 of possible 9 league points in our previous 3 fixtures however an away win could change the tide significantly and close down the gap from relegation.
Despite not having a single player who scores many goals, the Lions have 6 players on 3+ goals this season with the most being 5 by Carl Demidh of whom is level with our own Josh Moreman.
A man on form for Saturday’s opposition will be Sacha Nikolas Markelic of whom has produced 3 goals in his previous four fixtures and 4 goals all season.
Come On You Rangers!
